Common questions
How do I move my data from another app?
Export a CSV file from your old app, then open Fuel Logger and go to Settings → Import. If your app isn't listed or the import looks wrong, email us the file and we'll help.
How do I back up or export my data?
Fuel Logger keeps automatic backups on your iPhone. You can also export everything as a CSV file or a full backup file from Settings at any time. Export and backups are free.
Will I lose my data if I change iPhone?
No. With iCloud turned on for Fuel Logger, your entries sync to your new iPhone through your own iCloud account. A full backup file works too.
I bought Pro but the app still asks me to upgrade.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. If that doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why is my economy different from my car's display?
Fuel Logger measures from one full tank to the next using what you actually put in, which is usually more accurate than the car's estimate. Partial fill-ups are added to the next full tank. If you forget to log a fill-up, mark the next one as "missed previous" so it isn't counted wrongly.
Does Fuel Logger track my location?
No. Fuel Logger doesn't use your location, and it doesn't collect any data about you. See the privacy policy.
